while you’re all here, here’s some more blogging advice…
take a large pot and drizzle the bottom with olive oil. cook a bit of garlic in there for a few minutes and then add three or four 28oz cans of crushed tomatoes, the kind with basil in them. then add one teaspoon of salt and one teaspoon of sugar (or honey) per can of tomatoes. bring to a broil and then turn the heat all the way down and let it simmer for a few hours while covered with a splatter screen, stirring occasionally
